Return & Exchange Policy

This policy is only applicable to purchases made through www.suo-label.com

  • Suo Label will not be liable if you purchase our merchandise from any third parties.
  • We do not allow returns/exchanges of items for customers who have used discount codes ( bundle code excluded) at check out.

 

Clothes

Returns

  • Get in touch with us at sales@suo-label.com with your name, order number and reason of your return.

  • Return orders are to be in unused condition and in original packaging. Suo Label reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.

  • All approved refunds will be processed as store credits in the form of gift card that can be applied with the unique code on your next purchase, valid up to 12 months. Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to process.

  • We sincerely apologize if we sent you a defective or incorrect item. You may contact us at sales@suo-label.com to arrange for a replacement within 7 days of delivery as long as it is unused and in the same condition you received it in. All sales are final thereafter. *Depending on availability of stocks, a refund will be issued if the particular item is out of stock.

Exchanges

  • We suggest you return your original purchase and place a new order for the item you want as we cannot guarantee stock levels.

 

Reusable Masks

  • Suo products are checked thoroughly before posting them out to you. We apologize if  a defective reusable mask was sent to you , please take a snapshot of the item and forward it to sales@suo-label.com , further advice will be provided.
  • We do not do accept any returns or exchanges for our reusable masks due to hygiene and sanitary concerns. Your chosen size is your responsibility, please check your measurements before purchasing
  • Colors shown on screen may have slight variance on different screens. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues. Do check out our instagram for true color pictures, customer's pictures and live videos for better referencing.
